Return Process

    Ensure all electronics, mounts, and components are in their original packaging with all included hardware and manuals to qualify for a full refund.

    Ship It Back

    Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the tracking number is saved for your records.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technical team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
