At SP Connect, we stand by the quality of our mounting systems and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all electronics, mounts, and components are in their original packaging with all included hardware and manuals to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the tracking number is saved for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
